Strength and Conditioning
Two times a week this class will focus on strengthening a
player’s speed and agility for the upcoming season. There is no
weight-lifting, it is purely resistance training; medicine ball work, speed drills, plyo box jumps, etc.
Days: Tuesday and Friday Classes
December 5 - March 15
Excluding Dec 26, 29 and Feb 20, 23
Ages and times: 8-11 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
12 and older 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
