Strength and Conditioning
Two times a week this class will focus on strengthening a
player’s speed and agility for the upcoming season. Age appropriate weight lifting, resistance training; medicine ball work, speed drills, plyo box jumps, etc.
Days: Mondays and Fridays
April 28 - June 6
Ages and times: 8 and older 4:00-5:00 p.m.
