Strength and Conditioning 

Two times a week this class will focus on strengthening a player’s speed and agility for the upcoming season. Age appropriate weight lifting, resistance training; medicine ball work, speed drills, plyo box jumps, etc.

Days: Tuesdays and Fridays
Starts Dec 2 - March 27
Excluding Dec 23,26, 30 and Jan 2

Ages and times: 4:00-5:00 pm for 11 and under
5:00 - 6:00 p.m. for 12 and older
