Athlete of the Month
Each month the staff will choose a client who we feel is deserving of the award based on the following criteria. Each Athlete of the Month will receive a T-shirt and credit towards future clinics or rentals.
Coachability/Attitude
The athlete is always listening and working hard to make the instructed adjustments. The athlete is always willing to give a helping hand to clean up facility after workouts without being told.
Work Ethic
The athlete is someone who comes to clinic/practice and works hard every minute to improve their skills. Their consistent hard work influences others in their pursuit of excellence.
Improvement
The athlete has not only shown consistent improvement over a time period but also takes instruction to heart and drills seriously. It is also clearly evident they work on drills outside of the facility to further improve themselves.
Leadership
The athlete is someone others aspire to follow not only in the sport but also the classroom and community. Their constant respect towards parents, coaches and peers is noticed and appreciated.
Outside Game Performance
The athlete had a great month with their Little League, Babe Ruth or AAU Team and their coach has informed club about accomplishments Their off-season hard work has paid off immensely and is greatly recognized.
