Softball Camp

The focus of this camp  will be proper technique in all areas of Softball. 

We will work on defense. Proper footwork, catching the ball, fielding, catching fly balls. We will work on hitting mechanics work from group up approach.

The players will learn batting stance, good balance, hip/shoulder separation, proper bat path.

During this camp, players will focus on the basic skills involved in being a pitcher. Skills include; building body strength, pitching mechanics and drills to take home, etc.

Jim Joyce and Danielle O'Neil will be the lead instructors at this camp.

This camp must comply with regulations of the MA Department of Public Health and the Braintree Board of Health. Parents/Guardians have the right to review Background Check, Health Care, Discipline Policies, and grievance procedures, upon request

Days and Dates:  Monday - Thursday (Friday will be a rain day)
July 13 - 16

Ages and Times: 8 - 14 years old
9 - 2 p.m.
