Weight Training

Offering fall weight training program aimed for athletes interested in improved performance and injury prevention. The program will emphasize exercises that increase power, strength, and prevent injury.

This program will be run by Matt Delaney, certified strength and conditioning specialist.  Matt has had years of experience in the industry and has coached under some of the best strength coaches in the industry. He previously worked at Mike Boyle strength and conditioning, where he gained experience coaching athletes at all levels from high school to professional.

Classes will be 1 hour 15 min long and is for athletes 13 years and older. 

Athletes will be expected to bring water and dress in appropriate athletic attire.

Schedule: Tuesday and Saturday (Excluding December 10, 20, 24)
Starting Tuesday, November 1
Tuesday 7:00 - 8:15 p.m.
Saturday 12:00 - 1:15 p.m.
